Machine Control

The machine is controlled by an electronic circuit board (PLC),with which it is possible to select the units to be included in themachining cycle, set the glue temperature and also the pneumaticexclusions (as standard) of the edge scraper unit or the gluescraper.

The control allows a choice of cutting operation with the endtrimmer between straight and inclined cutting also while themachine is on. This is particularly advantageous for working withthin edging when the sharp edges on the III and IV edged sideshave to be chamfered.

Extraction

The machine is equipped with 120 mm diameter centralisedextraction on all units that produce machining waste (end trimmerand trimmer unit) able to remove approx. 100% of the chipsleaving the machine clean.

Machine Structure

This new compact single-sided automatic edge banding machinecan process edges in PVC, ABS, melamine and veneer instrips or on rolls up to a thickness of 3 mm and solid wood up to10 mm thick.

Automatic loading rollers for edging in strips and on rolls.Guillotine shears for coiled edging up to 3 mm thick activatedfrom the control.

Automatic Edge Loading, Gluing and Cutting

Teflon coated glue tank with a 2 kg capacity and manual exclusionwith the glue roller driven by a separate motor, initial rapidheat-up (approx. 10-12 minutes) and automatic temperaturelowering during periods of temporary non-use.

Pressure unit with three rollers of which the firstis motor driven and with a clutch (140-60-60 mm. diameters)
