- The FLEXY is a compact and high-performance edgebander. It is the most affordable model featuring a full cabin for protecting all the working groups as well as an end trim unit with HF motors and two sawblades performing the front and the rear trim cut cycles.
- Panels:Particle board, plywood, MDF… from 8 to 50mm thick.
- Edges: Melamine, PVC, ABS, PP, wood, Formica, acrylic… 0,4 to 2mm in rolls.
- Adhesives: Hot melt EVA and PUR (optional).
- Equipment: High frequency motors controlled by independent electronic inverters, gluepot, end trim, top & bottom trim and PLC controlled by a colour LCD touch screen.
- All versions of this series allow the installation of buffing units and glue scraper as optional groups on the end of the machine.
